Whatever keeps anyone up at night must be a very serious issue that cannot be ignored, how much more when God is involved. Because those things that distract you in the place of prayer, for example, phone notification, fear, and dizziness.   Midnight is the best time to focus on your communication with God and have God give you all His attention.
