Question And Answer About Lucid Dreaming.

Deuteronomy 18: 10-12

10 There shall not be found among you anyone that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.

11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.

12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations, the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

Leviticus 20: 27  A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.

What is a Lucid dream? A lucid dream is a type of dream in which the sleeper is aware that he or she is dreaming. Lucid dreams can bring to your awareness the activities in the dream site. For example, if you see a ghost trying to hug you, talk to you, or eat with you while in that dream, immediately your subconscious mind will tell you that you are in a dream with a ghost. That is called Lucid dreaming.

Is it a sin for a Christian to have a lucid dream? You have not committed any sin if you are taking control of your dream. Dream is one of the ways God communicates to us, through symbol and character. It’s not a sin for you to take control, of your dream by stopping the activities.

In the book of Acts 2: 17, the Bible says, by the spirit of God, young men will see a vision of God, old men shall dream, this gives ways for lucid dreaming is a very important thing, every Christian should take control of. A lucid dream can be a sin if you are into astral travels and heavily possessed by witchcraft to attack someone.

Those who are most prone to lucid dreaming: are those, who are not sound medically, for example, when I was a child, growing up anytime I had malaria, I fell into a lucid dream, that is, I fought every enemy trying to attack me and I called the name of Jesus. If the Holy Spirit wants to fight a certain battle for you, you are likely to be in lucid dreaming having a full awareness that God is fighting your battle.

What triggers lucid dreaming as a Christian :

1. The Holy Spirit ( 2 Cor 3: 17, Exodus 14: 14).

2. The Devil ( John 10: 10).

3. The psychology.

Are there any benefits for a Christian to lucid dreaming: yes, because God used to dream and vision several times in the bible to communicate with us, the bible says, that God told Abraham in a vision that he would be protected and rewarded for a greater blessing.

It brings to your reminder the type of spirit that is good for you or against you.

It gives you knowledge of the source of problems that are confronting you.

It brings about the power of deliverance and victory.

How do you prevent Lucid dreams:

1. Saturate your body soul and spirit with the blood of Jesus.

2. Eliminate any kind of sin from your spirit.

3. Meditate on the scripture and pray hard.

4. Rebuke the evil spirit that is trying to capture your soul.
