Prayer Against Failure At The Edge of Breakthrough

PRAYER AGAINST FAILURE AT THE EDGE OF BREAKTHROUGH   And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.   Not all disappointments are to be regretted. Some disappointments are blessings in disguise. In whatever way you have been disappointed, still give thanks to God. Also tell Him to help you ensure not to lose the blessings that are attached to that disappointment.   At the edge of breakthroughs, lies very dangerous enemies. These powers have hindered so many destinies. What a pity, what a lamentable tragedy that a man would fail at the edge of breakthroughs because of these enemies of progress.   The spirit of failure at the edge of breakthrough is a destructive spirit. The spirit frustrates the life of a person and puts stumbling-blocks on its victim’s way. To rise up and receive God’s blessings becomes frustratingly difficult. The enemy designed it in such a way that the person can never progress or make any meaningful impact in life.   Paul’s letter to the Corinthian Christians says: “For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries” (1 Corinthians 16:9). The good and cheering news is that God has provided believers with weapons to confront and win the battles at the edge of their breakthroughs.   Some of these weapons include the word of God, prayer, the blood of Jesus, the name of Jesus, and many more. Beloved, you must apply these weapons with rock-like faith and you will have your breakthrough, in Jesus’ name.     The prayer and warfare that will dislodge the powers waging war against you and opposing your breakthrough must be militant and aggressive. These powers hate you with perfect hatred and want you to remain unsuccessful and unfulfilled. You must use all the weapons in God’s armoury against them and possess your possession. Scripture Reference: Jer. 51:39   Garments are very significant in the lives and destinies of people, both in the spiritual and physical realm and people relate to you according to your physical or spiritual appearance because your garment defines your personality.   This prayer is meant for those who are experiencing any form of misfortune in their lives as a result of having evil garments, clothings or coverings in their possession. They might have gotten these materials through any means. These materials could be bought with your own money or gotten as a gift, it doesn’t matter how you got them, they have the same adverse effects on people’s lives and destinies.   What clothing do you have in your possession? There are good clothings. There are bad garments clothings. There are physical clothings. There are spiritual clothings. Destroying Evil Thoughts and Confusion   Confusion is not from God—it’s one of the enemy’s tools to distract us. When we’re confused, it’s often because we’re trying too hard to figure things out in our own minds instead of trusting Him. He always offers us peace, not confusion. So, if you’re feeling confused, you can know that something isn’t right, and it’s time to go to God for guidance. Maybe you’ve been trying to solve your problems in your own strength, without relying on Jesus.   Confusion is a thief of joy and peace. When confusion comes, you feel disorganised.  It doesn’t allow you to know the next things to do. Confusion is a sign of an overwhelming problem powered by the devil to mess up your life.  It is a weapon that tempts a man to take a wrong decision in a quest to finding a solution to a problem.   Job was in a state of confusion. He cried out to God but nothing happens. Devil came to mess up his life. But Job never discouraged in a service to God. But at the end, God only use the problem to test Job to know how faithful he is to Him. Confusion can force one to backslide. He had fought so hard for this promotion, and was assured of it, but could not assume his new position without an official letter to that effect until his demise.   For some, it is a battle with constant miscarriage, barrenness, delayed marriage, strange illness, disappointments, stubborns problems, poverty, strange negative family pattern, demonic oppression and so on.   Sadly, many parents invite demons to dwell on several levels in the lives of their unborn children. Some join evil societies, killing and entering into evil covenants to make money and fame without considering the consequences.   Of course the devil will graciously allow you to thrive on credit. He always comes to collect what he is owed, and when that time comes, he and his demons will rise against you and your whole family.   It is possible that you can trigger a cycle of evil in your family, which will be passed down to your children and their children by your desires and the choices you make. Recall that the curse of immorality upon the tribe of Judah started with their father, Judah, when he committed fornication and laid an immoral foundation for his generation. Immorality became the lifestyle of everyone in that tribe.   David was also a victim of the sin of immorality. He had stayed back home at the time of war, and during that time, he committed immorality, killing the husband of a woman and marrying her. 2 Samuel 11:1-5.   Later on, God sent a prophet to expose and rebuke him, and he repented. What happened after his repentance? The sword he used to kill Uriah never departed from his family. David had invited the sword of premature death, and war.   When the sword began to move, David witnessed the worst events in his own family. Each one of his sons was affected by the evil seed of immorality he had sown, even though he had repented. One of his sons, Amnon, forced himself on his sister, Tamar, and raped her. The spirit of murder overcame one of his sons, called Absalom, and he took the family sword of murder that killed Uriah and killed his brother Amnon in return.   If you don’t break the pattern from your own end, the tragedy is that it would be transferred to the children.
